Join us for a potluck/picnic at the Big Horn County Historical Museum at noon on Friday, Aug. 17. Please bring a side dish to share and your own plate. We will provide the utensils and drinks.

August 21 is National Senior Citizens Day. We will make the day special for you at the Hardin Senior Center. Our famous chili and cinnamon rolls are on the menu. Please call us at (406) 665-2581 by the 21st if you plan to attend.

Ester Wynne, Public Health Nurse, will conduct a blood pressure check at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22.

I recently attended a conference in Billings. The program was with Lynn Mullowney, executive director for the Alzheimer’s Association’s statewide chapter, and called “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia.” One such guide from the Montana Alzheimer’s and Dementia State Plan is a Memory Loss Resource Guide. This is an information guide for those concerned about memory loss.
