David Prather joins BW cross-country team

Hardin High School graduate David Prather is one of seven first-year student athletes to continue his men’s cross-country career this fall at Baldwin Wallace University, located in Berea, Ohio.

Coordinator of Cross Country and Track and Field and Head Cross Country Coach Joe Eby, who is in his fourth season as head coach, returns eight letter-winners and one All-Ohio Athletic Conference performer from last year’s team. His runners finished fifth at the OAC Championships.

BW opens the 2018 campaign on Friday, Sept. 31, when it travels to Wooster to compete in the Wooster Invitational at the L.C. Boles Memorial Golf Course at 6 p.m.

Baldwin Wallace University, founded in 1845, was one of the first colleges to admit students without regard to race or gender.
