Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the White River Mennonite Church in Busby for Ronni Jean Bigback, 26, who died March 30, 2018.

She was born May 31, 1991 in Crow Agency, the daughter of Sue Bigback.

Her wake service was Tuesday evening, 7 p.m. at White River Mennonite Church. Bullis Mortuary was entrusted with the arrangements.

Carol Ann Bowers

On March 21, 2018, the Lord called Carol Ann Bowers to her heavenly home. Carol was born on March 26, 1941 to William and Mabel (Pitsch) Kern. She grew up in Garryowen, attending school in Crow Agency and Hardin, graduating in 1958. Carol married Lawrence Bowers and they were later divorced. The couple had three children: Jodeen, Cheryl and Larry.

Carol’s work career included various jobs through the years, concluding with the Hardin School District. Carol began working in the cafeteria and later became a paraprofessional, teaching in the Special Ed/Resource departments.

Phyllis Marie Big Medicine

Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 15 in the Spirit of Life Foursquare Church for Phyllis Marie Big Medicine.

Burial followed in the Crow Agency Cemetery.

She was born May 3, 1945 in Crow Agency, a daughter of Raymond Falls Down Sr. and Elsie Other Medicine. She died on March 11, 2018 at the age of 72.

Ruth House-Alden

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in the Crow Agency Spirit of Life Foursquare Church for Ruth House-Alden. Interment will follow in the Crow Agency Cemetery.

House-Alden, 82, died Saturday, March 24 at Big Horn County Memorial Hospital in Hardin.

She was born April 24, 1935, a daughter of the late Franklin House and Mae FogInTheMorning-House.

Bullis Mortuary has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Thomas Glenn Parker

Thomas Glenn Parker of Ironwood, Mich. went home to be with the Lord on March 15, 2018. Tom was born Aug. 7, 1933 in Cleghorn, Iowa.

He is survived by his spouse Ann Parker; children Coleen Heckathorn (Shawn) of Ironwood, Vicki Parker of Wakefield, Mich., Tom Parker (Christine) of Mosinee, Wis., Bill Parker (Mae) of Crestview, Fla. and Jon Parker (Chay) of Cortez, Colo.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Dawn Sonsken of Cherokee, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his loving companions Oso, Asher, Sheba and Jerry.

Lorraine passed away quietly in the early morning hours on Monday, Feb. 26, 2018.

Lorraine was born in Dickinson, N.D. on Dec. 22, 1929. She was raised on a farm just below the beautiful Killdeer Mountains with her two siblings, Arnold and Deloris, both of whom preceded her in death. After high school, Lorraine attended colleges in Dickinson and Fargo, N.D., so she could get her teaching certificate.

Frances Castro Miller

Frances DeLeon Castro Miller, 66, of Garryowen passed away peacefully on Feb. 14, 2018 surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on May 10, 1951 in Powell, Wyo. to Felix Soto Castro Sr. and Andrea DeLeon Castro, the oldest of four children. The family lived in Texas for a time and then she moved to Montana with her father at a young age.
